Members-Only Tour: Modern Rubble at Mmuseumm
7–8:30pm
Poster House members are invited to a private tour of Modern Rubble at Mmuseumm led by Mmuseum’s material production manager, Jacob Ford. Mmuseumm is located in an old freight elevator in an alley in Chinatown and is dedicated to exploring the modern world and the human condition through the exhibition of vernacular objects.
Mmuseumm’s current exhibition, Modern Rubble, is an international collaboration that considers the violence of war and its human toll through the rubble left in its aftermath.
This event will take place at Mmuseumm, 4 Cortlandt Alley, between Franklin Street and White Street (not to be confused with Franklin Street itself!), New York, NY 10013.
Please dress for the weather. Space restraints may require you to stand outdoors and the museum’s space is not climate controlled.
Accessibility Note: As this is an off-site event, masks and clear masks are available free of charge with prior notification. ASL (American Sign Language) interpretation or a CART (Communication Access Realtime Translation) is also available upon advanced request.
