Getting Here

Poster House invites visitors of all abilities to explore the museum. A free ticket will be provided to any care worker who accompanies a visitor.

The main entrance to Poster House on 23rd Street is wheelchair accessible, and an elevator services both floors. All galleries are wheelchair accessible.

There are a limited number of manual wheelchairs available free of charge at reception upon request. Motorized wheelchairs and scooters are permitted.

Service animals are welcome.

Hearing Impaired Visitor Services

An RF system is available for our Guided Tours. The system is hearing device compatible. Please request a receiver from the Info Desk.

Receivers are available with either ear buds or neck loops.

Hearing loops are available at our café, shop, and Info Desk.

Audio commentary is available for download on exhibition pages or through Cuseum digital membership cards. Look for the headphones icon:

Low Vision & Blind Visitor Services

Coming Soon: High contrast, large-print wall text and labels are available at the Info Desk. They are also available for download on each exhibition’s web page. A supplemental audio presentation is also available for each show. Please note that it is not an audio guide, but an interview between curators and designers on the themes of each exhibition.

Vivid Verbal Description Tours of exhibitions with our specially trained educators are offered bimonthly and are free of charge. Please see our Events page for current Access offerings. Prior registration is encouraged as space is limited.
